“ So thankful to have Roast & Co. Kew Gardens at our train station. They are perfectly situated to provide a quick bite and/or beverage before jumping on our trains. Food, coffe and service is great, exactly as expected. And they kindly provide a cozy environment to bide our time in while waiting for our next train or continuing on our journey. ”

“ We visited Roast & Co Café on a sunny afternoon while waiting for my daughter to finish work, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The moment we stepped in, we were struck by how beautifully decorated and cozy the place is. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you want to sit down, relax, and enjoy your coffee. The décor is charming and full of thoughtful details, it actually reminded us of the small Parisian brasseries in France, with its tasteful design and inviting energy. The café offers both indoor seating and a lovely outdoor terrace. Since it was a gorgeous day, the terrace was full, so we decided to sit inside. The indoor space was lively but comfortable, filled with regulars chatting or working quietly on their laptops. We ordered two cappuccinos, one regular and one made with unsweetened almond milk, which they had available. The coffees were prepared with care and attention to detail, and you could tell they use high-quality beans. The aroma alone was wonderful. The barista behind the counter was friendly, cheerful, and clearly knew many of the customers by name. It gave the café a genuine neighborhood feel that’s hard to find. We enjoyed sitting there, sipping our cappuccinos, and just soaking in the atmosphere. Even though we didn’t try the food this time, we took a look at the menu, there’s a great selection of light dishes, cookies, and pastries, and everything we saw being served looked fresh and delicious. You could tell people were enjoying their meals. Before leaving, we had a nice chat with the owner, who was very friendly and clearly passionate about the place. It’s always nice to see a business where hospitality feels genuine and effortless. Overall, Roast & Co Café is a delightful spot, beautifully designed, welcoming, and full of good energy. The coffee is excellent, the service is warm, and it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back. We’ll definitely return soon, maybe next time to try their food as well! ”

“ Very nice restaurants with indoor and plenty of outdoor seating. Great spot to grab something to go when traveling with LIRR since the Kew Gardens stop is right there. Great latte and coffee, food options mainly include pastry, sandwiches and salads. Service is very nice as well. ”

“ Love love love the ambiance. They have super cute outdoor and indoor seating. Limited but good enough menu. The guys are so good. I especially love the latte and their croissants. The guys bring food to the table, they are so nice. You can sit inside, they have WiFi for guests a small reading/ book corner. It gives a very Persian vibe. Sit outdoor, and don’t eat the grilled cheese not a fan( or eat, idc) right by lirr station, the place has some noise, but I personally don’t mind it. On a good day I can sit there all day!! ”
